As AI becomes more common in the workplace, audiences are increasingly quick to notice and respond when it feels impersonal, misleading or out of step with a brand. This conversation will explore the growing backlash facing restaurants and other businesses that rely on AI, especially with visuals, and why authentic, human-made creative work still builds stronger connections. Join us to examine the trends, discuss thoughtful best practices, and explore practical ways to create work that earns trust and resonates with real people.
Meet the Panelists
Caitlin Krantz - Caitlin E. Krantz is the Co-CEO of Simply Social Media, a Santa Fe-based agency that helps tourism, hospitality, and arts organizations tell their stories through strategic social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling. As both an agency leader and local content creator, Caitlin offers a rare dual perspective on influencer marketing, helping organizations build authentic partnerships while creating engaging content for her own audience.
A 2026 Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 40 Under Forty Honoree, Caitlin also serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Fe Children’s Museum and volunteers with the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee, supporting the Santa Fe Rising young professionals initiative. When she’s not creating content, she enjoys exploring New Mexico with her husband and one-year-old son, discovering local adventures together.
Robert McCormick - Robert McCormick is a Santa Fe-based food curator, community builder, and champion of New Mexico’s culinary and creative culture. As the founder of Santa Fe Foodies, Albuquerque Foodies, and New Mexico Foodies, he leads a community of approximately 264,000 members. While predominantly local, the membership extends throughout the United States and around the world.
